- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance. Strong preference for experience in commercial auto and/or transportation

- Identify, prospect and build relationships with agents, brokers and key decision makers at transportation companies
- Develop and execute plans to achieve production goals and accelerate Nirvana’s growth
- Help agents and insureds understand the value of our unique safety tools
- Refine Nirvana’s messaging and positioning in the market
- Collaborate with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth
- Represent Nirvana at transportation conferences, associations, seminars, broker and client meetings
- Collaborate with the engineering team to iterate on our product offering(s)
- Travel as necessary to meet the responsibilities outlined above
