Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in SaaS, particularly in communications (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).

  • Build client-specific solutions: develop tailored talk tracks and proposals that align with customer pain points and Dialpad’s offerings.
  • Pipeline development: partner with marketing and channel teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Continuous improvement: participate in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.
