Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Demonstrable previous multi-year sales experience in Life Science.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on technology solutions.
• Execute funnel management, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Commit to territory planning and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and manage business plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Understand customer scientific projects and business needs.
• Manage the sales process including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Maintain knowledge of spatial/in-situ markets and products.
• Employ communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.
• Utilize product knowledge for selling presentations.
• Collaborate with field organization and distributors.
