Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence in compliance with US, EU, AU, and UK laws. Manage and organise legal files, contracts, and case documentation in digital and physical formats. Monitor and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed. Assist in the preparation of court documents, filings, and pleadings. Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal activity for reporting purposes. Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the legal team.
