Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing and Creator Partnerships.
• Strong familiarity with the creator partnerships process: sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting, and project management.
• Mix of problem-solving skills, insights, and creativity.
• Knowledge and experience with Black, Latinx/e, AAPI, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities audiences.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and industry trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee influencer marketing campaigns for client partners from briefing to execution stage.
• Leverage internal sourcing tools and network to identify suitable creators/influencers.
• Own outreach, negotiation, and creative briefing with creators and their managers.
• Partner with legal counsel to review contracts.
• Serve as client lead for influencer campaigns, showcasing excellent communication and organization skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop vision and strategy for the Partnerships division.
