Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field 5+ years of brand or influencer marketing experience at a brand with storytelling in its’ DNA, talent agency, or branded content publisher Demonstrated ability to drive customer growth through creator partnerships. Comfortable using data to show impact, utilizing metrics that tie to business outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills, anticipating and solving challenges. High initiative and accountability, pushing boundaries with creators. Flawless execution, striving for excellence and bringing it out of collaborators.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and contract creators to tell Tilt’s story. Develop scalable talent pipelines and negotiate deals. Craft campaign concepts based on social trends and consumer insights. Produce, test, and iterate on direct-response ad creative with creators. Define business-aligned KPIs and translate campaign performance into learnings. Lead creative projects from concept to delivery. Spot cultural trends, emerging platforms, and rising creator voices. Cultivate relationships with creators and influencers.
