Requirements:

  • Understand customer data and gather business and technical requirements.
  • Run preliminary analysis of client data for smooth data transfer.
  • Support Implementation Managers in project status reporting.
  • Configure client-specific functionality in the software.
  • Test and document data models, processes, and reports.
  • Develop customized user testing and training materials.
  • Capture and articulate client needs for R&D to influence product features.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Urbint's products.
