- Experience with impactful and rapid experimentation.
- Understanding of qualitative, quantitative, and analytical methods.
- Ability to gather input from many internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision and strategy.
- Experience with enterprise customers, ideally in B2B fintech.
Responsibilities
- Owning the roadmap, product strategy, and release cadence.
- Being the voice of end consumers in every conversation and decision.
- Driving the vision and strategy to build world-class products.
- Aligning executives, communicating the roadmap, and coordinating dependencies.

- Building and scaling the product management team while guiding engineering teams.
