• Dental Medicaid verification experience a must.
• Texas Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
• Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
• Utah Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
• Must be excellent at multitasking.
• Must be very detail-oriented.
• Strong communicator with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and spreadsheet utilization.
• 2 years of dental experience.
• Previous insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient insurance information.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage.
• Ensure necessary procedures are covered.
• Accurate entry of patient benefit information.
• Update notes on upcoming appointments.
• Communicate changes in patient insurance with offices and Call Center Representatives.
• Follow up on monthly eligibility until surgery.
