Requirements:
Dental Medicaid verification experience a must. Texas Medicaid/MCO verification experience. Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification experience. Utah Medicaid/MCO verification experience. Must be excellent at multitasking. Must be very detail-oriented. Strong communicator with problem-solving ability. Excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft and spreadsheet utilization. 2 years of dental experience. Previous insurance experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Obtain patient insurance information. Contact insurance companies to verify coverage. Ensure necessary procedures are covered. Accurate entry of patient benefit information. Update notes on upcoming appointments. Communicate changes in patient insurance with offices and Call Center Representatives. Follow up on monthly eligibility until surgery.
