Requirements
- Dental Medicaid verification experience a must.
- Texas Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
- Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
- Utah Medicaid/MCO verification experience.
- Must be excellent at multitasking.
- Must be very detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving ability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and spreadsheet utilization.
- 2 years of dental experience.
- Previous insurance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Obtain patient insurance information.
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage.
- Ensure necessary procedures are covered.
- Accurate entry of patient benefit information.
- Update notes on upcoming appointments.
- Communicate changes in patient insurance with offices and Call Center Representatives.
- Follow up on monthly eligibility until surgery.
