Requirements
- High-speed internet access (>15 mbps).
- Aptitude, self-discipline and tenacity to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam.
- Ability to maintain strict personal privacy for customer information.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Windows and other computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs.
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, which may include accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion, active listening, and efficiently select the best solutions.
