Requirements:

• High-speed internet access (>15 mbps).
• Aptitude, self-discipline and tenacity to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam.
• Ability to maintain strict personal privacy for customer information.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and other computer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, which may include accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion, active listening, and efficiently select the best solutions.
• Identify additional customer needs and assist them in upgrading products or services.
