2 years of oral surgery billing experience required Dental billing experience preferred, most recently in the last 8 months Deep understanding of EOBs and knowledge of reviewing payments and adjustments Ability to multitask and strong time management skills Excellent customer service skills and professionalism Working knowledge of Microsoft and ability to utilize spreadsheets Self-directed, organized, and analytical with high attention to detail

Collecting 100% of balances due Submitting clean claims within 24 hours of being audited Following up on aged claims every 14 days Getting the over 90+ insurance aging to zero and maintaining it Working with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients’ insurance
