Requirements:
- Four-year college degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Prior law firm experience required.
- Law firm billing experience with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Aderant experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients for billing compliance.
- Handle complex billing arrangements including client-level billing.
- Train and mentor billing specialists.
- Verify rates, implement outside counsel guidelines, monitor discounts, and fees.
- Manage prebill to final bill process and ensure timely submissions.
- Collaborate with eBilling Coordinators for client account setups.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing, collections, and inquiries.
