- Confident cold‑caller who enjoys speaking with operational and procurement leaders.

- Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and prospecting tools such as Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- research Materials Recovery Facilities, recyclers, and manufacturers, craft multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and book high‑quality meetings.
- respond quickly to platform sign‑ups and marketing leads, run short discovery calls, and route prospects appropriately.
- partner with Account Executives to build territory plans, share intent data, and iterate messaging.
- track activity and opportunity data in HubSpot; provide weekly pipeline forecasts and insights.
