Requirements:
  • New to the market or 1–2 years’ SDR / new‑business experience in B2B tech, marketplaces or supply‑chain solutions.
  • Confident cold‑caller who enjoys speaking with operational and procurement leaders.
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent written English (UK spelling essential).
  • Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and prospecting tools such as Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities:
  • research Materials Recovery Facilities, recyclers, and manufacturers, craft multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and book high‑quality meetings.
  • respond quickly to platform sign‑ups and marketing leads, run short discovery calls, and route prospects appropriately.
  • partner with Account Executives to build territory plans, share intent data, and iterate messaging.
  • track activity and opportunity data in HubSpot; provide weekly pipeline forecasts and insights.
  • capture common objections, product ideas and competitive intel, sharing them with Product and Marketing.
  • consistently hit monthly quotas for meetings set and sales‑qualified opportunities created.
