- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across various mediums.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory.
- Highly creative with a passion for visual storytelling and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Execute creative design projects, including digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, website, EDMs, and in-store visuals.
- Develop visually compelling layouts, typography, and graphic compositions that align with Love, Bonito’s brand identity.
- Support marketing with designs that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
- Ensure all design outputs are cohesive, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s identity.
- Explore and incorporate fresh design trends to keep content innovative and relevant.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor junior designers and ensure end-to-end project completion.
