Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across various mediums.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout composition, and color theory.
• Highly creative with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute creative design projects, including digital and print assets for various campaigns, social media, website, and in-store visuals.
• Develop visually compelling layouts, graphic compositions and typography that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Support the marketing team with engaging designs that encourage conversions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the brand’s identity and innovative by exploring design trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to realize creative ideas and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Lead projects with the VD manager and creative director, and mentor junior visual designers.
