Requirements:
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer onsite organisation, managing the ecommerce website, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
  • Solid hands-on experience on how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout on the website for new campaigns
  • Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan, comfortable with reading data and turning insights into operational, effective and impactful campaign execution
  • Proficient in basic copywriting
  • Familiar and comfortable working with e-commerce backend / digital touchpoints – website, 3rd party page tools will be ideal
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute onsite strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention
  • Balance between brand messaging communications and commercial driven messaging onsite to ensure cohesiveness
  • Partner cross-functional teams to create globally impactful 360-deg experiences for customers
  • Drive onsite experience that is in line with the global marketing calendar
  • Roll out global changes across all markets with operational excellence and consistency
  • Develop and implement effective sorting algorithms onsite aligned with merchandising to increase conversion rate
  • Optimize and test different website elements for conversion rate improvements e.g. site navigation, recommendations, reviews, landing pages etc.
  • Analyze data to identify and action on opportunities Generate weekly reports on key performance metrics to drive conversations and actions to the wider teams
  • Lead and develop a high performing team
  • Engage globally distributed team team through weekly syncs and team bonding activities
