  • Execute bi-weekly payroll for multi-state, multi-entity healthcare workforce.
  • Process payments for hourly, salaried, and contractor populations.
  • Manage complex pay components including shift differentials, clinical premiums, and overtime.
  • Oversee inputs for time, attendance, PTO, leaves, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws.
  • Manage payroll tax setup, filings, and year-end processes (W-2, 1099).
  • Conduct payroll audits and reconcile accounts.
  • Act as system owner for payroll and timekeeping platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, and Legal.
