Payroll Manager

Execute bi-weekly payroll for multi-state, multi-entity healthcare workforce.
Process payments for hourly, salaried, and contractor populations.
Manage complex pay components including shift differentials, clinical premiums, and overtime.
Oversee inputs for time, attendance, PTO, leaves, bonuses, and commissions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws.
Manage payroll tax setup, filings, and year-end processes (W-2, 1099).
Conduct payroll audits and reconcile accounts.
Act as system owner for payroll and timekeeping platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, and Legal.
