- Own revenue growth across the existing client base, including an expansion and upsell plan and an NRR target for every account.
- Build strategic relationships with large accounts and act as executive sponsor during renewals, escalations, and negotiations.
- Set account strategy and playbooks, including account plans, QBR cadence, and renewal motions.
- Plan account coverage as the client portfolio grows.
- Lead, coach, and develop the account team.
- Forecast account team capacity and build the case for new hires.
- Lead contracting strategy with Finance and leadership, including SOW structure, pricing, change orders, and billing disputes.
- Partner with Client Success, Launch, AdOps, Product, and Engineering to align client needs with the roadmap and delivery.
- Report NRR, upsell, renewals, and client satisfaction to senior leadership.
