Requirements:
- Curiosity of a cat, but ideally with better research skills.
- The ability to read between the lines of industry trends and see the real story.
- An appreciation for both data and storytelling—bonus points if you know when to stop using pie charts.
- A knack for turning complexity into clarity.
- Experience in retail media, market research - someone that can understand intricacies of this space beyond the surface.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct endless (seriously, endless) market research—emerging trends, competitive landscapes, shiny new acronyms—you name it.
- Craft insights that help Vantage ideate, innovate, and occasionally laugh at the absurdities of the industry.
- Partner with our leadership team to guide strategic vision, ensuring we’re always two steps ahead of the market—or at least faking it convincingly.
- Support thought leadership content (white papers, blogs, podcasts, carrier pigeon missives) with the receipts to back it up.
- Keep us humble. If the data says, “Hey, bad idea!” we want to hear it (but say it nicely).
