Our comprehensive approach utilizes a tailored array of therapies, strategies, and tools to restore healthy living. We operate as a multi-specialty group offering counseling, coaching, psychology, and psychiatry, including medication management and advanced treatments like TMS therapy. Our mission is to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare and combat the national mental health crisis.
How We Work
You will join a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization that prioritizes your well-being. We believe that supporting our clinicians allows them to provide the best possible care to patients. Our approach is collaborative and multidisciplinary, fostering an environment of creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. We support hybrid work environments with both telehealth and in-person options in select locations. Our administrative team handles non-clinical tasks, freeing you to focus entirely on your patients. However, some past employee reviews have indicated concerns about management support and compensation.
