Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is required.
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to collaborate creatively to meet deadlines.
- Comfort with a diverse range of client concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic treatment team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and family members.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
