Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate creatively to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with a diverse range of client concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic treatment team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and family members.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
