Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Worcester, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is required. Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to collaborate creatively to meet deadlines. Comfort with a diverse range of client concerns. Ability to pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement personalized treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes. Provide excellent client care and collaborate with a dynamic treatment team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and family members. Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
