Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Westfield, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) is required. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose them adequately. Create and implement treatment plans while documenting progress. Provide excellent care for clients individually or in groups. Participate in clinical meetings and trainings. Coordinate services with various stakeholders and care providers.
