Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Weymouth, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT) required. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively. Ability to work with clients with a diverse range of concerns.

Evaluate mental health conditions and create treatment plans. Document progress according to company policy. Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide quality care. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients. Coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed. Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
