Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) - Yuma, AZ (REMOTE)

Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Arizona. Ability to practice independently is required. Preferred licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado.

Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, focusing on outpatient behavioral health. Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of therapy. Offer individual, family, and group therapy as needed. Cover care for assigned patients without additional on-call responsibilities.
