Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Broomfield, CO (REMOTE)

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation per company policies. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
