Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with clients with a diverse range of problems.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation as per company policy.
• Provide excellent care and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions for client goals.
• Coordinate services with other professionals as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
