Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Windsor, CO (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pass a background check.

Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews. Provide excellent care for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
