Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
• Provide excellent care for clients while collaborating with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
