Requirements:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in collaborative work to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with diverse client issues.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
• Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions for clients' goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
