Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Worcester, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in collaborative work to meet deadlines. Comfortable working with diverse client issues.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews. Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions for clients' goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
