Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in collaborative work to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with diverse client issues.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions for clients' goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
