Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Westfield, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.

Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans. Complete ongoing documentation per company policy. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
