Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of client concerns.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to clients.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Collaborate with a team to fill gaps in community mental health services.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
