Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of client concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to clients.
• Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Collaborate with a team to fill gaps in community mental health services.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
