Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Woburn, MA (REMOTE)

Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively to meet deadlines. Ability to work with a diverse range of client concerns.

Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients. Create and implement treatment plans tailored to clients. Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes. Collaborate with a team to fill gaps in community mental health services. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical meetings.
