Requirements:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively.
• Demonstrable ability to work with diverse clients and maintain appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete ongoing documentation as per company policy, including diagnosis and treatment reviews.
• Provide care for clients and collaborate with team members to fill gaps in community services.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with other care providers and participate in all clinical meetings and trainings.
