- Drive sales opportunities across Mid Market, Commercial, and Enterprise Segments.
- Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability across AE and BDR teams.
- Coach and develop individual team members' skills and growth.
- Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure results.
- Provide accurate forecasts to the VP of Enterprise & EMEA Sales.
- Collaborate with leadership on initiatives for new business and expansion.
