Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years managing Account Executives in SaaS.
  • Proven overperformance in SaaS sales roles.
  • Experience as a Business Development Rep or manager.
  • Successful track record in leading teams to exceed goals.
  • Experience negotiating high-value deals ($50K-300K+ ARR).
  • Understanding of value-based sales and efficient sales cycle management.
  • Strong coaching ability with a performance-management mindset.
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training AEs & BDRs.
  • Ability to analyze KPI data for trend identification and action planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4 Account Executives and 2 Business Development Representatives.
  • Drive sales opportunities across Mid Market, Commercial, and Enterprise Segments.
  • Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability across AE and BDR teams.
  • Coach and develop individual team members' skills and growth.
  • Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure results.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the VP of Enterprise & EMEA Sales.
  • Collaborate with leadership on initiatives for new business and expansion.
