  • Deep understanding of the tools of the trade (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other prototyping tools)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
  • Full grasp of mobile and responsive design standards and best practices
  • Experience managing projects and deadlines with an emphasis on both quality and timely delivery
  • Strong portfolio of design projects
  • Experience designing custom ad units, display ads, advertorials, top banners, landing pages, emailed newsletters, and other marketing elements with a performance-driven approach.
  • Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for Products, stakeholders, and developers.
  • A creative thinker who can tackle UX challenges (usability, findability, responsiveness) and collaborate closely with product management to design effective, user-friendly solutions.
  • Ability to interpret internal data reports to drive iteration that will improve CTR and conversions.
  • Partner with Product teams to become a subject matter expert on insights to deliver higher-performing ads
