- Residency in Washington State or Texas.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing communication projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.
- Developing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Overseeing the creation and production of various communication materials.
- Developing crisis communication plans to manage communication challenges.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts and measuring key performance indicators.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
