Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust Experience with Github Understand the concept of CI/CD Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field Fluent in English communication Experience developing with C# or C++, Rust, Java Experience in team development and code review using Github Understanding of CI/CD concepts Ability to create a psychologically safe environment Communication skills to convey one's thoughts concisely Understanding of diversity Experience developing in an engineering team of 5 or more people Proactive proposal of improvement points inside and outside of one's scope Skill to understand both user and technical perspectives Business level English (reading and writing)

Design and implement classes and methods for IDE for documents Refactor existing code for better extensibility Interview with users to understand their daily work and pain points Propose both innovative ideas and feasible ideas to achieve unprecedented features Conduct code reviews for team members' development Design overall architecture and select technologies Prioritize features Recruit engineers Mentor and guide team members
