Requirements:

• Desire to work with a variety of CFOs and seek mentorship.
• Advanced+ Excel skills and experience with software solutions like QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independent judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a professional curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all general accounting functions including month-end close process, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly consolidated client financials and provide fluctuation analysis.
• Set client accounting and tax policies and implement revenue recognition policies.
• Direct cash management activities and build financial models for operational decisions.
• Analyze operations for efficiencies, create KPI dashboards, manage HR responsibilities, oversee tax compliance, and lead annual financial audits.
