Requirements:
Desire to work with a variety of CFOs and seek mentorship. Advanced+ Excel skills and experience with software solutions like QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independent judgment, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and a professional curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage all general accounting functions including month-end close process, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare monthly consolidated client financials and provide fluctuation analysis. Set client accounting and tax policies and implement revenue recognition policies. Direct cash management activities and build financial models for operational decisions. Analyze operations for efficiencies, create KPI dashboards, manage HR responsibilities, oversee tax compliance, and lead annual financial audits.
