Part-Time Navigator

At least three years of personal experience or two years of professional experience navigating systems for children with disabilities A minimum of one year of experience providing services to families of children with disabilities or directly to children with disabilities Bachelor’s or master’s-level training in social work, education, or related fields is a plus

Develop trust and rapport with clients Work with parents to identify supports available to them Determine priorities and goals for families Create personalized action plans for families Provide resources and guides as needed Facilitate monthly 45-minute Boost calls with clients Communicate regularly with clients within the app Attend meetings requested by clients (IEPs, IPPs, etc.) Support parents in tracking child's providers and evaluations Perform administrative duties including note-taking Promote and amplify Undivided's voice and culture
