Requirements
- At least three years of personal experience or two years of professional experience navigating systems for children with disabilities
- A minimum of one year of experience providing services to families of children with disabilities or directly to children with disabilities
- Bachelor’s or master’s-level training in social work, education, or related fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop trust and rapport with clients
- Work with parents to identify supports available to them
- Determine priorities and goals for families
- Create personalized action plans for families
- Provide resources and guides as needed
- Facilitate monthly 45-minute Boost calls with clients
- Communicate regularly with clients within the app
- Attend meetings requested by clients (IEPs, IPPs, etc.)
- Support parents in tracking child's providers and evaluations
- Perform administrative duties including note-taking
- Promote and amplify Undivided's voice and culture
