About IntelliRad Imaging, LLC • Founded in 2013 in Miami, Florida, by 4 radiologists • Physician-owned and physician-managed with no plans to sell to a consolidator or private equity group • We practice at 5 hospitals in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in Florida plus 5 freestanding emergency rooms and a few outpatient centers, all of which are affiliated with the HCA health system.
