Responsibilities:

• Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates.
• Ask qualifying questions to match consumers with the best insurance agent.
• Complete follow-up calls to inquire about the consumer's experience.
• Help consumers connect with the right agent and record their experiences.
• Maintain frequent communication with leadership and team members.
