Responsibilities:
Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates. Ask qualifying questions to match consumers with the best insurance agent. Complete follow-up calls to inquire about the consumer's experience. Help consumers connect with the right agent and record their experiences. Maintain frequent communication with leadership and team members.
