Senior Django Backend Developer (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Django framework. Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Proficient understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Solid understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data modeling. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience with AWS cloud service is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Django framework. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Develop and maintain APIs for mobile and web applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Implement security and data protection solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
