Requirements:
4–5+ years of experience in sales enablement within SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments. Deep expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message). Prior sales experience with a strong understanding of high performance in complex B2B sales. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Exceptional program management skills. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and adoption of sales methodology programs. Develop enablement strategies including training programs, learning content, and competency frameworks. Partner with Sales leadership, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities. Manage vendor and consultant relationships for enablement solutions. Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness. Analyze adoption data and implement targeted interventions to optimize sales performance. Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage program plans.
