Product Manager (IT Managed Services) (Remote from Georgia)

3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role in B2B technology or IT services. Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, or domains like Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI. Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high accountability and self-motivation. Ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed work environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating roadmaps into actionable user stories and requirements. Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews for product development. Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness and documentation. Act as liaison for feedback from sales, support, and customers for product improvement. Collaborate with marketing for sales enablement materials. Monitor product KPIs and analyze the MSP/MSSP landscape. Support management of key technology partnerships.
