Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development within the Crypto/CFD industry.
- Proven portfolio of partners.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and strong execution skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Necessary equipment for work (laptop and stable internet access).
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates, traders and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market.
- Maintain good relationships with IBs/Affiliates and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation.
- Execute and manage IBs/Affiliates strategy, track and analyze results to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Monitor local industry developments, trends, and competitor movements to strategize corresponding actions.
- Communicate daily with colleagues and partners to track performance and results.
