- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Proven experience in instructional and/or interactive design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical and scientific concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to think spatially and creatively about STEM concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle concurrent projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to flexibly meet across EST and PST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, scope, and script standards-aligned learning experiences in VR.
- Lead the production of multiple modules simultaneously.
- Fully own and refine content of existing modules.
- Develop, refine, and update curriculum materials.
- Create and adjust multimedia materials for teacher and student use.
- Advocate for content integrity, module quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content developers, engineers, artists, and instructional specialists.
