  • Experience managing external fundraising agencies to execute complex marketing plans.
  • Experience launching and managing paid acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
  • Deep proficiency in donor retention, mid-level upgrade strategies, and individual donation management.
  • In-depth knowledge of supporters, the charity sector, and fundraising markets.
  • Understanding of tax-smart giving vehicles like Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate robust donor acquisition initiatives through innovative digital outreach and multi-channel direct response.
  • Lead 360-degree portfolio initiatives to maximize lifetime value and balance donor retention.
  • Partner with Fundraising and Product teams to optimize donor experiences and lifecycle journeys.
  • Design tailored donor journeys to support lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign implementation, including complex data selection and segmentation.
  • Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and adjust tactics to meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Collaborate with the data team to support strategic decision-making and ROI tracking.
