Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related program, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in a supply chain, account management, or logistics analytics role.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
- Impeccable communication style with flawless grasp of the English language.
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, resourceful, organized, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently.

- Insights and engagement with the current state of smartphone and mobile technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the connective tissue between dbrand, retail partners, and 3PL networks to ensure inventory is correctly placed.
- Monitor retail programs and strategic initiatives, providing regular milestone updates.
- Review retail customer forecasts and deliver actionable insights for demand metrics.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for promotions, new product introductions, and distribution changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail operations teams.
- Analyze POS data, sell-through rates, and weeks of supply to recommend strategic order adjustments.
- Track 3PL key performance indicators such as On-Time Shipping and Order Accuracy.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track inventory health, fill rates, and customer scorecards.
- Conduct root-cause analyses on supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory turns and reduce carrying costs.
