Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, streaming TV, video, or other performance marketing channels.
- Experience managing client relationships and serving as a strategic marketing advisor.
- Hands-on experience within platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into measurable business results.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing digital marketing professionals is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency, media, or client-facing digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid social, paid search, streaming TV, video, programmatic, and emerging digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and present client-facing reports with actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, and Operations to ensure campaign success.
- Own the performance of an assigned book of business, driving account growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Media Strategists and Buyers within the Ignite Pro division.
- Establish operational standards, workflow improvements, and performance benchmarks for the team.
