Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns for Associate Manager level, or 1+ years for Associate level.
- Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools.
- Interest in events and community building.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under aggressive timelines.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in delivering content via social media tools, specifically LinkedIn.
- Growth-minded team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of field marketing plans, including event logistics, webinar coordination, and customer conference support.
- Organize and coordinate company and industry events, covering communications, event app management, and performance reporting.
- Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting using tools like Marketo, Lynx, Matomo, and Sigma.
- Coordinate with internal teams including product marketing, creative services, content, and digital teams to manage program components.
- Develop and edit marketing content such as social posts, videos, and templates, while repurposing existing assets.
- Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs on LinkedIn and other channels to engage customers.
